J'ai un problème de freeze de souris qui es récurent, au bout de quelques courtes minutes, le curseur freeze, ça le fait sur les démarrage et les reset, une fois passer quelques minutes si ça n'as pas freeze, le pc fonctionne très bien pendant plusieurs heures
 
Je viens de monter une nouvelle config sous W 10 :  
 
- proc : i5-12600K
- CM : asus Z690 tuf gamin D4 plus
- ram : Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200MHz C16
- M2 Crucial P2 CT1000P2SSD8 SSD
- CG : asus rtx 3060 oc 12gb
- ALIMENTATIONS Straight Power 11 750W titanium
- ventirad : Be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4  
- pate thermique :Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut
- clavier cherry a 12€
- souris filaire corsair  gaming IRONCLAW
 
J'ai mis a jour tous les pilotes évidement, réinstaller ceux de la cartes mère et souris
 
- j'ai testé avec un autre clavier et souris, pareil pour les csque : meme soucis
- j'ai pensé aussi à la pate thermique (j'en ai p-etre trop mis) mais je pense pas
 
Le problème de freeze viens a 95% du temps lorsque le pc ne fait presque pas de tache (j'ai désactivé la mise en veille ainsi que la mise en veille hybride sans résultat).
 
A part le bios et la pâte thermique je suis a court de solution  

Je ne vois pas le rapport entre un freeze de souris et les niveaux de veilles ...
 
Regarde dans les journaux d'événements de Windows s'il y a des erreurs ou des messages suspects aux heures où ça arrive.
 
Est-ce que ça le fait sur tous les ports ? ils sont bien branchés directement sur la carte mère ?
 
Sinon oui, une update de l'UEFI peut corriger ce genre de soucis (à vérifier sur le site d'Asus, pour savoir ce que corrige les nouvelles versions).

En fait a un certain moment sous W7 et 10 il y a eu un probléme de freeze de souris au check de la mise en veille, j'ai éliminé cet éventuelle cause par précaution
 

 
Peut tu me donner la commande pour l'afficher stp (mais il me semble avoir déja regardé en suivant une procédure que je n'ai plus en tête et rien de suspect)
 

 
Oui peu importe les ports et oui directement sur la carte mére
 

 
Il y a pas mal de version de l'EUFI qui sont sortie entre celle d'usine et la derniere sur le site d'Asus.
 
Jamais trop fait d'update EUFI par contre    

clic droit sur menu démarrer, observateur d'évènements (dans la liste).
Puis journaux Windows, système entre autres.

ignore les avertissements distributed COM 10016,
Les erreurs Kernel-Power 41 sont le résultat d'un arrêt forcé, pas la cause,
Essaye de désactiver le démarrage rapide, une méthode simple pour le faire consiste à lancer une invite de commande en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit dessus) et taper powercfg -h off.
ça désactive la veille prolongée et du même coup le démarrage rapide.
Sinon, si tu veux de la lecture, tu surlignes dans la liste de ton message les messages d'erreur et clic droit "recherche google pour ce que tu as surligné".

Les drivers "à jour" ça peut être la cause de problème parfois, et il vaut mieux tester avec un driver moins récent.

Aprés avoir fait le commande powercfg, au freeze suviant ça a été pire sur les reset.
 
Par contre j'ai eu une erreur d'un logiciel asus qui a du mal a se lancer et depuis plus de freeze !!

Bon apparemment c'était le logiciel ASUS Armoury Crate qui faisait des sienne.
 
Aprés un démarrage sans échec, puis un démarrage normal sans les logiciel asus, j'ai réussi a isolé celui là.
 
Pas eu de freeze depuis ce matin (on verra après quelques jours)
