salut 
tout est normal! 
quand tu es en idle ou en faible charge, le coefficient descend a 6, c est fait expres! 
et quant a ta ram, c ets aussi normal, c est ce qui est ch... avec le chipset P45, c est que tu peux pas désynchroniser la ram et le fsb... tu peux choisir entre plusieurs ratio, mais pas tout a fait désynchro... 
donc si tu veux pas que ta ram soit a 480, ben change le ratio dans le bios... (vu que tu es a 400, tu devrais pouvoir remettre ta ram a 800 tout pile)

oui c'est normal tu doit faire un tour dans ton bios dans les parametres cpu et desactiver l'economiseur d'energie intel , ceci fait ton proco restera a @3.6ghz

mon chipset c'est pas le p45 c'est un x38 je sais pas si ça change quelque chose :s, et niveau perf la c'est mieux ? parce que pour la ram je ocmprend pas tout, les timing change celons les slot on dirai

ah ca c'est bizarre par contre , as tu desactiver speed step ?? peut tu faire un cpu-z onglet about et faire un fichier txt pour regarder si tes timming sont différents

le speed step c'est dans ton bios dans advanced puis cpu configuration , tu as combien de barrettes memoires ?? sinon je vois rien d'anormal

j'ai 4 barrettes, 2 x 1go G.skill6400 PK et 2x 512mo G.skill 6400 PK 
 
mais les timing sont normal ? normalement ils sont de 4 4 4 12

Heu un truc pour réduire la consommation du cpu quand il est pas sollicité je crois(ce qui baisse ton coeff a 6x d'ailleurs)ou ptet que je confond avec autre chose.

voila j'ai oc mon processeur e8400, il était a 3Ghz, dans le bios j'ai changé le fus a 400 au lieu de 333, avec un multiplicateur de 9, maintenant il est a 3.6Ghz.
quand je fais rien de spécial mon proco est a 2.4Ghz ( le multiplicateur descend a 6x) et quand j'utilise le test de stabilité par exemple il remonte a 3.6Ghz, c'est normal? :

En suite avec ma cm j'ai mis le reste sur auto ( pour la ram tout ça), mes ram ( 3go ) 2x1go et 2x 512 sont des G.skill 6400 PK 800Mhz timi : 4 4 4 12
une fois OC dans Cpuz j'ai ça :
C'est normal? il me semble que avant c'était a 400Mhz ( donc 800Mhz) mintenant elle est a 480 Mhz , donc ma ram est aussi oc ? a 960 Mhz ?
Et pour finir j'ai ça :
est ce que tout est normal ?
( tous ces screen a par celui en test, sont fait quand je ne fais rien de spécial sur mon pc)
