Je suis actuellement en entreprise et je rencontre des difficultés à résoudre un incident qui dure depuis quelques mois et là je ne sais plus quoi faire.  
 
Je vous décrit le problème tout en espérant que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider s'il vous plaît:
 
On a un client qui a 2 cartes adaptec 39160 ultra160 avec une Red Hat Enterprise Linux OS Version: 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5 GCC version 4.1.2 avec une robotique Overland connectée derriere en scsi (NEO 4000 + 3 Lecteurs SCSI LTO3)
 
Tous les d2 jours nous avons un tape qui se met en erreur avec des Card Dump sur le system redhat

La dernière fois que j'ai vu ça j'ai renvoyé le lecteur LTO2 en SAV et depuis que j'ai remonté le nouveau je n'ai plus de soucis.
 
Si c'est apparu comme ça sans raison je serais toi je soupsonnerai fortement le hardware connecté sur la chaine scsi...

confirmé, ça m'est arrivé avec un graveur SCSI, bah après test sur 3 autres cartes (marques et modèles différents) c'était mon graveur qui avait rendu l'âme ...
