Ce que je comprend pas c'est que sur le 3eme mail j'ai l'impression qu'il me donne une adresse pour renvoyer les barrettes, mais elle ne corespond pas a celle du mail. (j'ai fait un screen ecran, avant de fermer le 3eme mail et l'adresse etait celle indiqué ensuite, en ouvrant et refermant le mail l'adresse sur le mail a changer.) Je vous met un screen en effacant le numero RMA et mon adresse. Par ailleurs si quelqu'un peut me traduire en bref la facon dont je doit envoyer les barrete je suis preneur.
En resumé si je comprend bien. Je prend l'espece d'envellope je la recopie sur une envellope avec du papier bulle a l'interieur. A l'interieur je met les 2 barette + une copie du rma avec mon adresse ect. J'envoie le tout en recomandé par la poste et je patiente le temps qu'il m'en renvoie des nouvelle. C'est bien ca ??
