ca fait 1 an qu'on voit ce message, et la base ne fait que grossir, alors qu'on a supprimé des boites depuis
et la case "conserver les elements supprimé" est bien decochée

Tu purges bien les boîtes supprimées dans le gestionnaire Exchange ? (Shakal inside au fait

Y'a un endroit où tu vois toutes les BAL normalement, dans le gestionnaire Exchange (je peux plus te dire de tête, et j'ai pas d'Exchange sous la main là)
Certaines peuvent être marquées comme supprimées (rond avec une croix rouge devant). Si tu veux les supprimer définitivement, tu fais clic-droit dessus, et 'Purger', si ma mémoire est bonne.
Mais bon je sais pas si ça a vraiment un rapport

ok j'avais pas vu ca, g donc purgé 2 boites mail de 2mo chacune (supprimées il y a des mois et des mois) mais ca n'est pas ca qui va reduire les 3.5go de trop

priv1.edb : 4.76 Go
priv1.stm : 2.09 Go
pour 3.5 go inutiles a priori, et c'est sur que y a au moins tout ca, vu que mes users archivent dans un .pst local regulierement ...

tout les week end, y a ca qui tourne :
Le Gestionnaire de boîtes aux lettres de Microsoft Exchange Server a terminé le traitement des boîtes aux lettres
Début : 2003-11-30 00:10:18
Fin : 2003-11-30 00:15:00
Boîtes aux lettres traitées : 98
Messages déplacés ou supprimés : 1393
Taille des messages déplacés ou supprimés : 3582,27 Mo
sauf que la bande d'information n'a pas bougée d'un octet !
comment reduit on le fichier de bande d'info ? fo arreter les services et lancer une commande particuliere ?
on avait essayé esutil ( http://support.microsoft.com/defau [...] s%3b192185 ) mais on a du mal s'y prendre car ca n'avait rien changé ...
si quelqu'un a une reponse ...
