Extrait :
Mailbox Manager
Mailbox Manager was shipped with Exchange 5.5 SP3, but not in the original version of Exchange 2000. We are reintroducing Mailbox Manager with Exchange 2000 SP1.

This utility is used to enforce corporate message retention policies by regularly deleting messages that match the rules you specify. Some of the features of the Mailbox Manager include: pre-scheduled automated operations, individual folders (Inbox, Contacts, and so on) with their own retention times, deletion by message size, and administrator reports at the end of each run. For example, customers can specify that Inbox messages should be automatically deleted (or moved to a deletion area) when they are more than xx days old or over xxxx kilobytes in size.
