tu as installé les drivers VIA ??? (4.37(a)) ???
sous XP je recommande de ne pas mettre ces Drivers !! ils ne servent à rien !! (ma machine tourne sans et elle va aussi bien qu'avec !)
si, ils servent tout simplement à faire branler une bécanne !!!!
formate ta machine et installe 3Dmark 2001 et fais le test avec ta Geforce 3 !!

sous xp marche tres bien 3d mark 2001, perso j'ai les 23.11 et ca roule nickel!!!

J'ai pas de Gforce moi je parle des DRIVERS VIA ce sont eux qui foutent la merde avec Direct-X !
j'ai eu ce genre de problème avec ma Radeon 7200 (ça ne dépend pas des drivers carte graphique)

avec XP, j'ai juste les via 4en1 4.37, sur ma KG7, et les détonator 27.20... un régal

Bon j'ai installé les derniers drivers 27.20 et même problème. Même message d'erreur. Alors j'ai fait un dxdiag et j'obtiens belle et bien un message d'erreur lors du second test direct3d :

Je l'ai installé sous WIN XP et lorsque je lance il m'affiche le message d'erreur suivant :
3DMark2001 requires a Directx 8 compatible 3D Accelerator.
Arf j'ai une Geforce 3.
Comprend pas.
