Spam bloqué dans mon postfix

Spam bloqué dans mon postfix - Hébergement - Réseaux grand public / SoHo

Je fais tourner postfix sur mon serveur pour traiter moi-même mes emails.
 
Mais de temps en temps j'ai du spam qui tourne en boucle dans postfix.

Comment empêcher que ces saletés restent dans mon serveur?
 
Pourrait-il y avoir une faille dans ma config? Est-ce que je pourais êrte en train de relayer du spam? J'ai vérifié des blacklists et je n'y étais pas listé.
