Teste aussi tes barrettes de RAM avec Memtest.
Et peux tu nous poster le rapport du logiciel Whocrashed pour tes BSOD ?

• Télécharger "Core Temp" pour vérifier la température des processeurs → https://www.commentcamarche.net/Core-Temp

IMPORTANT ↓ Décocher ceci lors de l'installation de "Core Temp".
Aussi.
Investigation de l'ordinateur avec FRST.
Puisque la tâche principale de FRST est d'afficher tous les points de chargement ; de Windows et des logiciels.
Et que les infections doivent forcément utiliser les mêmes points de chargement, pour s'activer.
Alors peu importe la date d'apparition des infections ou le type d'infection. ⇐ Lacunes des antivirus et scanners.
S'il y a infection, c'est affiché.
En prime. FRST affiche les erreurs ; de l'Observateur d'événements & du Gestionnaire de périphérique.
Ce qui permet de ratisser plus large que le domaine viral, pour retracer l'origine de bug.
Ex. des points de chargement ; le Démarrage, les Tâches planifiées, services + une 20aines d'autres moins/peu connus.
Télécharger "sur le bureau" la version 32 ou 64 bits de FRST ; http://farbar-recovery-scan-tool.exe
• Lancer FRST.exe (ou FRST64.exe avec Windows 64 bits).

• Cocher SigCheckExt.
• Et lancer la recherche, en cliquant sur [Analyser].

Salut à tous,
Alors voilà, j’ai un ordinateur HP sous Windows 10 que j’ai reçu il y a de ça 1 an, et depuis que je l’ai, les problèmes avec ce PC s’enchaînent.
Déjà, quand je l’allume il y a 9 chances sur 10 que soit : le pc freeze complètement (le pc ne répond plus à aucune action) et lorsque du son est joué pendant le freeze le pc émet un son métallique continu très désagréable et je dois, du coup, faire un arrêt forcé en appuyant sur le bouton power.
Soit il m’est impossible de me connecter, que ce soit au réseau wifi ou par câble Ethernet, et une icône de globe barrée apparait à la place de l’icône du wifi.
Et il m’arrive même des fois d’avoir les 2 en même temps…
Sans parler des écrans bleus qui surviennent, eux aussi, très souvent (peut-être lié au fait que je l’éteins, du coup, quasiment tout le temps avec le bouton power…)
J’ai déjà tout essayé, mais rien ne fonctionne jusqu’à présent…
Lorsque j’essaie une réinitialisation du pc, par exemple, celle-ci échoue systématiquement avec un message disant : «
Bref, j’espère que vous trouverez une solution pour « réparer » mon pc car je ne sais vraiment plus quoi faire au stade ou j’en suis.
