Freeze dans max payne

assez souven en cours de je g le freeze suivant écran bleu)
Windows 98
Une erreur fatale OE est apparue à 0028:FFOE1285 dans le VXD SYSAUDI0(04) + 000009AS
L'application va se terminer.
Ma config : mobo MSI K7T 266 pro 2 ( son intégré)
Athlon xp 1700+
Geforce 3 ti 200
chip son intégré mobo : advance ac 97
