J'ai un soucis, le logiciel SPSS 17.0 (vista compatible) refuse de s'installer.
J'ai une erreur lors de l'install" Chemin d'Acces Specifie C:\ProgramData\Application Data\SPSS trop long"
 
Avez vous deja eu ce genre d'erreur?
 
Apres contact de la hotline, il me dise de "déplacer le raccourci Application Data" et de tenter l'install
 
Avez vous deja effectué ce genre de manoeuvre? Pkoi déplacer juste un raccourci solutionnerait le pb?!

Manoeuvre à effectuer selon SPSS
Remove the "Application Data" shortcut (junction) from the "C:\ProgramData" directory:
 
 
 
1. Click on your Start button, select Computer
 
 
 
2. Choose the "Organize" drop-down located in the upper left-hand corner and select "Folder and Search Options"
 
 
 
3. Choose the "View" tab, select the following options, and click OK:
 
 
 
select "Show hidden files and folders"
uncheck "Hide protected operating system files"
 
 
 
4. Navigate to "C:\ProgramData"
 
 
 
5. Locate the "Application Data" shortcut
 
 
 
6. Click and drag the "Application Data" shortcut to another location. For example, your Desktop.
 
 
 
7. Install SPSS.
 
 
 
8. When the installation is complete, you may move the "Application Data" shortcut to its original location.
