probleme ddhelp.exe

voila j ai certain jeux qui ne veulent pas se lancer et le pc me dit erreur de ddhelp.exe et je dois fermer.
ce fichier est un fichier de direct x mais j ai deja reinstaller direct x 8,8.1,9 reinstaller windows aussi mais j ai toujour ce probleme.
kelkun a une solution?
