Probleme 0x1000000A - Win NT/2K/XP - Windows & Software

J'ai un probleme ou je n'arrive pas a resoudre.
Avant je vous ecris ma config :
- Carte mere : Asus Striker Extreme
- CPU : Intel Core 2 Duo E6750
- RAM : G.Skill DDR2 2Go
- GPU : Nvidia 8800GTS (MSI)
- Alim : Corsair AX750
- OS : Win XP Pro
 
Les erreurs que j'ai c'est le code 0x1000000A, 0x4E ou 0x1000008E. (les dumps sont en bas)
Le probleme survient souvent du ntoskrnl.exe
 
J'ai fait un memtest, il s'arrete au bout de 3min, plantage? je sais pas, mais il s'arrete toujours au Black Move. Les G.Skill sont des RAMs recentes, achete en decembre 2010, et j'avais des Corsairs avant avec 1200erreurs en 8h (9pass).
Je me demande si c'est pas les slots de RAM qui sont defectueux ou bien la carte mere.
Ces erreurs d'ecran bleu ou redemarrage apres un ecran bleu interviennent quand j'essaye de jouer ou quand je fais rien (a l'instant il m'a fait un reboot). Il redemarre et apres avoir affiche l'ecran WIN XP et sa barre de chargement... il redemarre. Donc, deux redemarrages ou des fois 3.
Sinon, j'ai le bureaux en 1024x768, apres un ecran bleu, 6 reboot sur 1, il me fait un 800x600.
 
Le probleme klif.sys, honnetement je vois comment le resoudre, j'avais vu sur d'autre forum, d'installer la version la plus recente, cependant c'est la plus recente qu'il y a sur le site. J'espere que ce probleme soit liee aux autres.
Comment pourrais-je voir si les drivers de mon pc sont biens installes ? (sur le systeme, j'ai 0 point d'interrogation et j'ai installe tous les nouveaux drivers)
Si quelqu'un pourrait me donner des reponses a ces erreurs ? (Si je doute plus que le probleme soit plus hardware que software)
