Pb installation framework - Win NT/2K/XP - Windows & Software

Quelqu'un aurait-il une ID à propos de cette capture ?
 
Pourquoi le framework est-il présent 25x et comment faire en sorte de résoudre ce pb?

Pour note j'ai installé VS.net et le correctif pour framework1.1
 
De plus lorsque je tente d'accéder à cetain site voici le message que le navigateur m'affiche:
