Je tourne en bourrique sur un pb de démarrage très très lent de Windows7 d'un PC portable d'une amie : après le boot et le choix de sa session, le bureau est dispo plus de 10mn après. Voilà où j'en suis et je suis un peu sec   :
- Config = Portable Acer Aspire 5738Z (Windows7 x64, Pentium T4300@2.1GHz, RAM 4 Go DDR3@1066 MHz, carte graphique = GMA 4500M)
- Tout se passe correctement en Mode sans échec
- C'est mon premier contact avec Win7 mais je soupçonne une incompatibilité 64 bits / 32 bits qq part d'après mes recherches sur le net
- Qqs pbs similaires abordés parfois sur le net mais pas de solution claire à mes yeux ...
- Extrait ci-après du ntbtlog.txt en mode sélectif (pas mal de services décochés (dont tout ce qui n'est pas Microsoft) : on y trouve notamment une ribambelle de 'Did not load ...' réitérés
- Je ne peux pas tout reformater et réinstaller Win7 (je n'ai pas les DVD !) et il y a d'autres sessions et des données perso ...
- Le portable n'a pas d'accès à Internet
 
J'ajoute que - initialement - en plus de ce pb de boot, plus aucun son ne sortait de ce portable et que j'ai du réactiver qqs services pour le rétablir (mais le son obtenu est très mauvais ...)
 
Ce problème suggère-t-il des choses à l'une ou l'un d'entre vous ? Pb déjà rencontré ? Résolu ?
 
Je suis preneur de toute piste. Merci de votre aide !

Bonsoir, tu peux essayé de faire un checkdisk voir si il n'y a pas de problème dans le système de fichier.
Ou un "sfc /scannow" avec démarrer->exécuter->cmd.exe , pour vérifier qu'il n'y ait pas de fichiers système endommagé .

Quand tu lance le gestionnaire de tâches , sur l'onglet performance->affichage->afficher les temps du noyau,  est-ce que la courbe rouge suit de très prés la verte pendant tout le démarrage ?

Parallèlement, j'ai vu que certains processes 'svchost.exe' étaient assez gourmands (~40% CPU) ... Globalement, après le passage critique du démarrage, les temps de réponse restent longs (voire plantage - j'ai voulu installer DriverScanner : plantage d'Explorer.exe).

Tu peux essayer de tester la mémoire avec un utilitaire comme memtest ( http://www.memtest.org/#downiso ), il faut booter dessus. On peut aussi le trouver sur le cd de diagnostique, ubcd ( http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ ).

Tu peux aussi essayer sans la batterie pour voir , j'ai déjà vu ce prob.

La courbe rouge ça représente les interruptions matériels ( http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inter [...] 3%A9rielle ), en gros c'est quand un composant veut parler et parfois certains composants défectueux font que le pc rame beaucoup...  
En principe la courbe rouge arrête de suivre la verte après que tous les drivers soient démarrés (si on lance pas d'autre application).

Pour svchost.exe , pour essayer de trouver quel service prend des ressources, tu peux aller dans le gestionnaire de taches->performance->moniteur de ressources->ensuite cocher le svchost en question et puis regarder dans "l'onglet service" (en dessous) quel service lui est associé.

Je n'ai pas eu trop le temps de creuser aujourd'hui ... Je n'ai pas pu faire le test MemTest encore (cause graving, mais j'ai lancé le test Mémoire de Windows : RAS). J'ai aussi lancé un nouveau chkdsk qui a tourné un bon moment : RAS. Mais pb tjrs vivace ...
 
Req : En mode normal, j'ai problablement désactivé un peu violemment certains services car plus moyen d'exécuter certaines applis (délai trop long ...).
Le pb 'svchost.exe' ne s'est pas manifesté ...
 
J'ai testé le PC sans batterie : pê un effet au boot (?) mais globalement, le fonctionnement n'est pas OK.
 
Un brin tenté par le Acer eRecovery Management qui est proposé à la fin de la liste des Option de Réparation Windows (retour à une installation usine), je viens de le lancer avec l'option de conservation des données Users ... Ca mouline, j'attends l'issue du truc et je reviens donner le nouveau statut.

Effectivement, tout est rentré dans l'ordre : reste juste à tout remettre d'aplomb (en espérant ne pas recréer le pb ! (car sans un doute un driver incompatible avec Win7)).
 
Grand merci Rastaben pour t'être penché sur mon soucis : je ne suis pas particulièrement fier d'avoir cédé à une réinstall radicale mais il fallait que je "boucle le dossier" d'ici le WE et j'avais pas mal tourné en rond ... Mais, a priori, le résultat est là, c'est l'essentiel !
