J'essaie d'installer un logiciel et je reçois un message d'erreur :

Je suis sur un PC portable, dont je suis le seul utilisateur. J'ai l'impression pourtant que ça bloque en raison d'un accès restreint.
Comment je fais pour le débloquer ?
