Bonjour, Je viens d'acheter un hp elite 130 fr il y a quelques jours mais j'ai déjà des problèmes de plantage avec des écrans bleus!  
Ma config: I7 860 avec GTX260, 8Go de ram

Vu le prix du PC, la bombe que c'est, à peine des soucis des le début d'achat, moi je ne cherche pas à comprendre > retour SAV
 
Sachant que faudra sauvegarder les données perso avant dans un autre support, le SAV magasin ne garantie pas la restitution de vos données
 
Attention, ne pas ouvrir le PC si il y a des étiquettes d'inviolabilité, ça fera sauter le SAV
 
En lisant bien le contrat de vente, ils ont un temps limité pour vous restituer le produit réparé (si le SAV ne vous le remplace pas), donc lisez le bien
 
Exemple : si au bout d'un mois le PC n'est pas restitué, ils doivent intégralement vous le rembourser

Juste pour savoir:
1. As tu installer quelque chose en particulier et il s'est mis a planter ?
2. Ou plantait-il des le debut ?
 
Si 2., => SAV
Si 1., désinstalles ce que tu as rajouté.
 
Si 1., ne serait ce pas par hasard Windows Live 2011 Beta ?
