quand je veux ouvrir un norton utilities ou norton cleansweep ,jai l'erreur suivante :" "norton system doctor(le nom de l'application que je veux ouvrir) is unable to correctly identify the version of this operating system due an another application hooking and modifying the win32 version functions . norton systeme doctor will now terminate ".
pourquoi ai-je ce message?
j'utilise windos xp pro sp1. te qund je lance les nortons utilities depuis le cd ,il fonctionne correctement .
