Voila j'ai deux postes chez moi avec du XP Pro, ils sont tout les 2 sur le workgroup MSHOME (Vu qu'un de mes pcs fait office de "passerelle" {partage de connexion internet}).
 
Je n'arrive donc pas a me connecter au pc qui utilise ce partage de connexion.
 
Voici ce que j'ai comme erreur:
 
1.)

System Error: 10061
System Message:
Aucune connexion n'a pu être établie car l'ordinateur cible l'a expressément refusée.
 
 
2.)
 
The error 10061 indicates there is nothing listening on the specified port.  The most common reason for this occurrence is when the Mini Remote Control client agent (service) is not installed on the Host computer in question or there is a mismatch in port usage (default port is 6129).
 
3.)
 
The remote computers appear to be running Windows NT/2000/XP. Will try to interrogate the service control manager to determine if the Mini Remote Control client agent (service) is installed and/or running.
 
4.)
 
Ping returned: IP Success

Le partage de connexion fonctionne ? tu as désactivé les firewalls ? tu n'as pas un antivirus qui bloquerait dameware ?

Le Partage de connexion fonctionne vue que j'ai le net sur les 2 postes.
 
Firewalls déja désactivé.
 
Antivirus vien d'etre mis en Désactiver sur le poste ou je ve prendre la main-> tjs la meme erreur.
 
Sur le poste ou je veux prendre la main il y a l'AV Norton 2006 et sur le poste d'ou je prend la main il y a l'AV Kaspersky 4.5.0.94 et le FW Kaspersky.
 
D'autres proposition ou question??? :-/

Le serveur de mini remote est déjà installé sur ton PC à contrôler ? le service correspondant est démarré ?

Je pensé qu'il fallait rien installer sur la machine distante sur laquelle on ve prendre la main avec Dameware...
 
Quel service doit etre demarrer?

Lorsque tu tentes ta première connexion avec Dameware, assure-toi de bien lui avoir fourni les identifiants d'un compte administrateur du PC à atteindre. C'est nécessaire pour qu'il soit capable d'installer le service serveur à distance. Ce sera de toute façon aussi nécessaire pour la connexion proprement dite.

J'ai déja essayer d'entré l'identifiant utilisateur admin avec le passe du pc sur lequel je veux prendre la main ainsi que mon mot de passe en tant qu'utilisateur admin, mais aussi le compte Administrateur créer par Windows et rien n'y fait!
