Comment récupérer en VB 5  
le chemin complet, ou au moins le nom de l'exe
d'une appli en cours en connaissant son handle ?

En vb6 il faut utiliser App.path et App.EXEName
 
Je ne sais pas si en VB5 ces propriétés existaient

Je pense qu'il faut passer par les API:
GetModuleBaseName
GetModuleFileNameEx
Cherche autour de ça...

mais je ne trouve pas.
 
 
Pour tegu, je pense que tu parles du prog VB en cours
mais moi c pour un autre exe en cours.

J'ai cherché dans mes archives et j'ai trouvé cet exemple de code qui, j'espère, pourra t'aider.
Il utilise plusieurs API relatives aux modules et process.
Je livre l'exemple tel quel et sans garantie.

Je test,
mais sa ressemble toujours à la même chose :
du GetModuleFileNameExA
mais avec cette fois, en plus, avant :
OpenProcess(PROCESS_QUERY_INFORMATION
