Intégrer des ressources à un programme .NET

Salut,

dites, je sèche depuis un bout de temps sur l'intégration de ressources externes à un programme écrit en C# ou VB.NET, et dont je pourrais disposer à ma guise au runtime, comme je le décris pour VB6 dans le topic suivant:

2-3 bricoles a faire entre temps, genre aller acheter de quoi survivre
