y a pas d autres messages quand tu lance exim ?
rien dans syslog ?
sinon ben fait un : strace exim
( apt-get install strace )
et balance les dernieres lignes ...

Faire appel a strace c plustot dans les cas disons ... desperer
on peut voir par exemple si il trouve pas une lib ou autre , ca permet en general de resoudre pas mal de pbs ...
apprement en cherchant un peu sur le net c un pbs en rapport avec perl ...
essaye de le desinstaller/reinstaller
de + dans strace tu as ceci :

et puis, G pas de dossier /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1/ mais G /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/
G voulu la desintaller, mais rpmdrake me dit que C perl_dev... et puis, y'a tellement de perl sur ma becane que je ne sais pas si je dois supprimer ou juste perl-Mail, perl-PDA, perl-NET...

Bon si tu n'arrive pas a remttre la version de perl 5.6.1, essaye de faire un lien : ln -s /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.0/ /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1
Je pense que la compatibilité ascendante est assuré

Comment on peut savoir dans quel package on peut trouver une librairie.... ?
et puis, je peux pas desintaller tous les fic perl 5.8 car sinon je jettes pleins d'applis en meme temps

J'ai installer Exim 3.36 et j'arrive pas a le faire demarrer

Mais en fait, j'install exim car sinon je ne peux pas envoyer de mail avec mutt ("Erreur en envoyant le message, fils terminé avec le code 127 (Exec error.)." )
