Bon tu telecharge ça, ensuite tu decompresse dans un dossier simpleà retrenir ( style c:\bioskt3 )
tu redemarres en mode ms dos, tu te retrouves avec :
"c:\WINDOWS\"
tu tapes :
"cd.."
tu te retrouve avec
"c:\"
tu tapes
"cd bioskt3" ( ou le nom du dossier dans lequel tu as decompresse le bios )
tu obtiens :
"c:\Bioskt3"
tu tapes
"dir"
tu obtiens une liste de fichiers avec un fichier EXE
tu le lance en recopiant son nom ( si je me souviens bien c AMIFLASH827 je c plus... )
t'as le prog qui se lance et t'as plus qu'à suivre les instructions.

aie, je sais pas trop comment c sous Win2K, je c pas si y a encore un mode MS DOS, mais essaye F8 au démarrage de ton PC jusqu'à ce que une page de menu apparaisse.

pass le fsb a 133 dans le bios (touche suppr lors du boot) menu cpu feature ou un truc du genre

C pas sûr que ça marche... un pote à moi a u le même prob avec un 2000+ sur une MSI, le FSB était à 133 mais le proc tournais à 1600 et la DDR à 200, la seul solution à été un flashage en règle.

Pour le flashage ( je précise ) fais très gaffe ! Si tu te plante t'as CM risque d'être foutue ! Et dans ce cas là je suis pas sûr que la garantie marche ! Ce serais dommage

tu peux booter avec une diskette boot de win98 c pas un pb
copie juste le bios et l'utilitaire sur la diskette ou sur une partition fat32 de ta machine car les partitions ntfs ne sont pas reconnues par win98

Award BIOS Flash Procedure

1. Check your BIOS for BIOS FLASH DISABLED and ENABLE it, some boards have this function.
For Example:
K7N420 Pro (MS-6373) - BIOS setup/Integrated Peripherals/BIOS Protect/Disabled
2. Know Your model number
a. Open your case and look for the MS-XXXX number on the motherboard between the PCI slots, also check the version number that is written there as well. (some motherboards are named like K7T Turbo, make sure you have the right version number)
b. Boot up your system & take a look at the top left screen during POST, you should see something like ?W6373MS v2.1 122101? This means the board is MS-6373 with BIOS version 2.1
3. Download the BIOS that matches your motherboard AND version number (some motherboards are named like K7T Turbo, make sure you have the right version number). BIOS can be found according to the CPU type of your board like if your CPU is Intel P4 478 type then look here

4. Extract the BIOS-archive that you have downloaded to c:\test
5. Boot your system from a Win98 or WinME boot-floppy.
How to make boot floppy in case your don?t have it ready:
For Win9X, You can type [C:\ format a
s] from the DOS prompt.
For WinMe, You can make a boot floppy from control panel--> add/remove program-->make boot floppy. Remove autoexec.bat & config.sys file if there's any.
For Win2000 & WinXP, there's no way to make boot floppy, so you have to either use Win9X or WinME boot floppy.
7. When you get the A:\ prompt, type the following sequence:
C: <enter>
cd\test <enter>
C:\test> awdfl783m BIOS file
(to save or not to save old BIOS is the user?s decision)
8. Reboot your system when prompted

Flashing the BIOS for Users using NTFS file system (Thanks to Forum Moderator Assaf for his valuable contribution)
1.Extract the bios to a FLOPPY (not the startup floppy).
2.While booting the win98/ME floppy you will see a RAMDRIVE. After boot has
finished it will be accessible as a regular HDD.
At the screen after the floppy has booted there will be a line "The
Diagnostic tools were successfully loaded to drive..."
This drive is the RAMDRIVE and can be treated as any other drive.
3.Replace the floppy and copy the bios file and flash utility to the
RAMDRIVE and then follow the regular flash procedure like from an HDD, only
from the RAMDRIVE.
*To save the bios the user must specify the full path a:\filename or it will
be saved to the RAMDRIVE which will be erased.

s'il n'a ke des partitions ntfs ça ne servira à rien de booter avec une diskette win98 si kom tu le dis il ne faut pas flasher à partir d'une diskette pour les MSI.
enfin moi je voyais pas mes partitions ntfs en bootant sous 98 lorsque j'avais encore win2k

nope, ça vient de MSI, du bios que j'ai téléchargé mais pas encore installé!
Mon dieu que c'est chiant à flasher un bios MSI!!!!!

c quoi comme carte MSI que t'as ??? Qqun que je connais à flashé depuis une floppy et le PC a pas reussi a chargé depuis le lecteur 10kète du coup sa MSI elle était foutue

Salut, je voudrais flasher mon bios,
J ai une carte mere MSI ATX kt3 ultra-aru.
Je ne sais absolument pas comment faire, quelqun pourrait t il m'indiquer la procedure a suivre et me communiquer l'url ou je peux telecharger le bios.
J'ai vraiment besoin de le faire, car je me suis offert un athlon xp 2100+ et pour le moment mon ordinateur me dit que j'ai un 1500+ ...
