Your responsibilities would be:
• Design and code custom Magento-moduls  
• Optimizing the company’s platform to make it more secure, scalable, fast and stable  
 
Your profile should be:
• Magento working experience on high scale commercial websites
• Excellent knowledge of OOP with PHP5 and preferably experience with Zend Framework  
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript  
• Familiarity with source control tools (SVN, git)
