Are you excited about driving business growth through thorough analytics? Do you like data & analytics and are you keen on building powerful tools with QlikView to help solving challenging business questions in e-commerce?  Then read through as we are looking for a talented Business Intelligence QlikView analyst
 
The business intelligence team is based in Paris and is tasked with providing central and local teams with business and market trends, insights and recommendations. The Business Intelligence QlikView analyst will work directly with central and local country management and be solely responsible for specific tasks.  
 
 
Specific responsibilities will include among the following:
 
• “Build QlikView solutions”: i.e., support the business in designing and developing QlikView reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.  
 
• “Answer strategic business questions”: i.e., find the data-driven response to strategic business questions by clarifying what data to assess, analyzing the cross-functional data using latest tools available & structuring your insights & recommendations to management.  
 
• “Innovate using data science”: i.e., manipulate multiple sources of data to extract new insights and find new opportunities for growth, applying analytical techniques, ranging from data mining queries, to statistical modeling and numerical optimizations.
 
• “Be a point of contact for the business”: i.e., be a point of contact for any data/intelligence questions which anyone centrally and/or locally might have, with direct access to & interaction with top-management.
 
A strong candidate towards the Business Intelligence QlikView analyst role has both an interest in business and analytics and is keen on building QlikView solutions.  We are looking for ambitious, hands-on individuals with a strong interest in e-commerce and a substantial amount of independent critical thinking.
 
 
Required skills
 
• BSc degree; Business or engineering degrees and/or experience considered a plus  
• Outstanding analytics (strong QlikView skills: scripting - design - administration, good knowledge of SQL) and excitement for data including a passion to learn new programming skills such as R
• Fluent in English, and willingness to immersed in an very international and entrepreneurial environment
