1. Context of the mission
The architecture team sets out and follows up the architecture guidelines of all starting big projects and assures the quality of the existing and new patrimony of applications.
The recent centralization of the .NET development and the kick-off of multiple major programs obliges
us to enforce the team with a supplementary .NET architect.
 
2. Language requirement
Fluent in French, Dutch and English
 
3. Required knowledge and experience
Required level and content of
education : University graduate
- Personal skills
. Mandatory:
Open minded, Ready to be challenged, Dynamic, analytic, synthetic, , structured, flexible, motivating, collaborating, team-oriented, Business experience required
. Preferable:  
Knowledge in insurance or accounting applications, Technical experience required
. Mandatory:
5 - 10 years experience in application development in Microsoft VB or .NET
Specialist in C#.NET development, Knowledge of VB6 development, Knowledge of SQL Server, Knowledge about application development frameworks
. Preferable:
Experience in solving application related performance problems, Knowledge of Portal technology as for
instance: Microsoft Sharepoint Portal.
Functional experience required
. Mandatory:
At least 3 years experience in similar
position, Deep knowledge and experience of architecture: design patterns, architecture methodologies, development guidelines, Building and constructing technical
design of .NET applications
 
4. Objective of the job
Application Development projects
Design the technical (.NET architecture of all starting application development projects.
Explain, coach & follow-up the .NET development team during these projects.
Give support to the development team & help to solve all occurring problems during development.
