FEATURES- Unmanaged 10BaseT Ethernet 19" Workgroup Hub  
Slim Line Hub with (24) 10Mbps ports with (1) port designed with  
and uplink connection (cascading) capability supporting a Media  
Dependent Interface (MDI/MDI-X). This port is enabled via a  
crossover switch. As many as (4) hubs can be cascaded together to  
form a single workgroup containing as many as 96 nodes.  
Also contains (2) additional ports for attachment to other LAN  
media. (1) AUI port which when equipped with an external trans-  
ceiver, can provide attachment to thick coax, twisted pair or  
fiber optic media. (1) BNC port for direct attachment to thin  
coax media. An external switch is provided to allow manual ter-  
mination of the 10Base2 port. Either the AUI or BNC port may be  
selected or used simultaneously.  
Network diagnostics are provided to aid in troubleshooting and  
fault isolation. Each hub port has two LEDs; packet "Receive"  
and "Port OK". In addition, there are three central LEDs indica-  
ting "Activity", "Collision" and "Power".  
Standard rack mountable 19", with all steel chassis.
